The transaction is suspected to be a donation from Vitalik to Edge City. Edge City is part of the Zuzalu ecosystem, and Edge City’s co-founders timour kosters (timour.eth) and edgevillage.eth are both multisigners of this multisigned address. It is worth noting that in September 2024, the Ethereum Foundation transferred 84.211 ETH to another multi-signed address in Edge City.
