Titanium Media AGI Exclusive| Yushu Technology has established a self-developed “Dexterous Hand” project and has recruited AI algorithms and mechanical engineers with high salaries.

The popular Yushu Technology is shifting its technical focus to human beingsrobotThe upper body.

On March 7, GuShiio.comAGI learned exclusively thatYushu Technology recently established a newSelf-developed dexterous hand project, and has been extensively recruited for AI algorithm engineers, electromechanical full-stack engineers, mechanical engineers and other positions.Needs include requirements such as the development of embedded electromechanical system software,The salary of some AI large model algorithm engineer positions is as high as more than 65,000 yuan per month, and the annual salary is about 800,000 yuan.

A person in the robot industry told GuShiio.comAGI that Yushu had not invested much in AI before, but more in the display of motion control of the lower body. Now Yushu has just established the research and development direction of dexterous hands.

“I am not saying that (lower body motion control) is not important, I think it is still very important. To achieve such good operation control, there must be a very solid body to support it, which shows that Yushu’s hardware is still good, but he believes that the robot body still needs to be supported by technologies such as dexterous hands and large models, which is undoubtedly very important for the development of humanoid robots.

It is reported thatYushu Technology was established in August 2016. It is the first company in the world to openly retail high-performance quadruped robots and the first to achieve implementation in the industry. Its main products include independent research and development, production and sales of consumer-grade and industry-grade high-performance universal foot/humanoid robots. Among them, public information shows that sales of Yushu four-legged robots account for more than 60% of the world’s total.

In August 2023, Yushu Technology fully shifted from four-legged to humanoid robot research and development, and released the company’s first universal humanoid robot H1, priced at US$90,000. In May 2024, Yushu Technology’s second-generation humanoid robot G1 debuted. The starting price of the G1 is set at RMB 99,000, which is a significant drop compared with the price of H1 and is more than 80% cheaper, directly lowering the price of humanoid robots on the market.

In February 2025, Yushu Technology’s humanoid robot H1 appeared on the Spring Festival Gala of the Year of the Snake, leaving the circle and causing a sensation. After the related robot products were put on shelves in February, they were once out of stock and removed from shelves. The daily rent was as high as 15,000 yuan, and second-hand products were fired to 120,000 yuan.

At present, Yushu and the big model company DeepSeek are pursuing in-depth research, the company produced by the phenomenon-level 3A game “Black Myth: Wukong” is deeply involved in game science, brain-strengthening technology in the field of brain-computer interfaces, cloud-deep technology focusing on intelligent robot manufacturing, and research and development of cloud design software systems are called the Hangzhou Six Little Dragons. At the same time, Wang Xingxing, founder and CEO of Yushu Technology born in the 1980s, has become a representative of key domestic private enterprises.

On March 1, Wang Xingxing released the first Short Video on his personal video account. He said that he would officially join the WeChat video account and later share the upgrade and growth process and interesting moments of the robot in the video account. He also reminded netizens that there is currently a lot of false information about him circulating on the Internet, so please screen it carefully.

However, whether it is Yushu Technology’s star products, the G1 humanoid robot or the H1, it mainly controls lower limb motion to realize lower body motion control operations such as roundhouse kicks and somersaults. Moreover, these products are almost 99,000 yuan per price, and the educational version is priced at more than RMB 260,000.

Industry insiders admitted to GuShiio.comAGI that the H1 is a machine without an end, just a spherical shape. Some developers will add structural parts, jaws and other dexterous hand-related products.

The so-called“ dexterous hand” is a highly precise and intelligent robotic hand device. It is usually composed of multiple joints and fingers. It has rich degrees of freedom and flexible movement ability. It can simulate various fine movements of the human hand, such as grasping, pinching, operating tools, etc., and is equipped with a variety of sensors, such as force sensors, tactile sensors, etc., which can sense contact force, object surface texture and other information in real time, thereby achieving precise control and operation. In industrial production, medical surgery, Scientific research, daily life services and many other fields have wide application prospects. They are an important research direction in the field of robot technology and represent the trend of robots towards more anthropomorphic and multifunctional development.

At the Spring Festival Gala of the Year of the Snake, Yushu robot dancing Yangko attracted market attention. However, some industry sources told.comAGI in February this year thatThis robot itself does not have dexterous hands, but is operated by a self-rotating motor. There is a rope under the handkerchief to drag it, and then it uses programmed movements to perform it. It is not too difficult to land.

Industry sources said thatNowadays, dexterous hands on the market are in their early stages,It is still less than half the ability of a dexterous hand we imagine, because a human finger should have more than 20 degrees of freedom, but the dexterous hands currently in mass production on the market basically only have five or six active degrees of freedom, each finger can only have one joint that is actively bentTherefore, the robot needs to develop itself to improve the perception and execution capabilities of the wrist and fingers.

Earlier, Wang Xingxing’s circle of friends forwarded a video from Galaxy General. In fact, Galaxy General co-founder Yin Fangming was an early investor in Yushu.

In January this year, Zhang Hongjiang, founding chairman of the Beijing Zhiyuan Institute of Artificial Intelligence and a foreign academician of the National Academy of Engineering, told GuShiio.comAGI that from quadruped to humanoid robots, at least Yushu Technology is obviously leading in ontology. If it can cooperate with Galaxy General Robot If the company cooperates in depth in terms of models and skillful hands, I think it is entirely possible to win.

At present, Yushu has established branches in Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen, namely Beijing Lingyi Technology Co., Ltd., Shanghai Gaoyi Technology Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Tianyi Technology Co., Ltd., with registered capital of 100,000 yuan. The legal representative Zhou Changhui is wholly-owned by Hangzhou Yushu Technology Co., Ltd.

Regarding the technological progress and future application prospects of humanoid robots,At present, there have been some differences in market views.Goldman SachsA recent research report pointed out that the turning point of humanoid robot technology is still unclear. It is estimated that global humanoid robot shipments will be 76,000 units and 502,000 units by 2027 and 2032 respectively, far below market expectations and there is still a long way to go before they can actually take up their jobs.

But at the same time, the humanoid robot sector started a strong upward trend. Since 2000, the Wind humanoid robot index has increased by 18.4%.

Regarding the technological progress and application prospects of humanoid robots, Wang Xingxing recently stated that AI-driven robots are now evolving very fast and faster than expected. Before the end of 2025, the entire AI humanoid robot will reach a new level.

“If everything goes well, by next year or the year after, some basic industries, such as the service industry or some industries, can actually be basically promoted. But home use may be a little slower, because home use may have higher requirements for safety, and it still requires a relatively more mature technology. rdquo; Wang Xingxing said.

According to another research report by Goldman Sachs, it is estimated that by 2035, shipments of the global humanoid robot market will reach 1.4 million units, and the market size will increase to approximately US$38 billion. The earliest application of humanoid robots to factories is from 2024 to 2027, and the application time to the consumer market is from 2028 to 2031.
