Sora Ventures takes over board of HK Asia Holdings, moves to direct management

Sora Ventures and its subsidiaries have taken over the board of directors of Hong Kong’s bitcoin company HK Asia Holdings effective February 12, 2025, marking the transition from shareholding to direct management. The new board includes members from BTC Inc. David Bailey and John Riggins, Jason Fang of Sora Ventures and other twelve directors.
