Yu Ruifen suggested innovating the fund coordination mechanism and establishing a provincial special fund pool to promote consumption, focusing on investing in the field of people’s livelihood consumption. In the field of e-commerce, Yu Ruifen brought suggestions on regulating e-commerce monopoly operations to promote the healthy development of the consumer business ecosystem. According to data from the National Bureau of Statistics, the national online retail sales from January to November were 14 trillion yuan, an increase of 7.4%. Consumption of online services grew rapidly, with a growth rate of 18.3%, of which online catering and online travel increased by 48.2% and 18.2%.

She mentioned that all links in the consumer business ecosystem are interdependent, and the monopoly of e-commerce is undermining the ecological balance of consumer business, with the retail industry and catering service industry being particularly affected. Standardizing e-commerce monopoly operations will be more conducive to stimulating consumption vitality and promoting high-quality economic development.
