GuShiio.com Gushiio.com has learned that, according to the Wall Street Journal, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has transferred its lead litigation lawyer Jorge Tenreiro to the it department responsible for maintaining the agency’s computer systems. Tenreiro has previously led six major lawsuits against multiple cryptocurrency exchanges. At the same time, the SEC has also adjusted the position of a lawyer involved in developing accounting guidelines for cryptocurrency custody. The guidance has previously created obstacles for banks to provide cryptocurrency custody services to customers.
