Firing employees is difficult, usually not the employee’s fault, but sometimes it is the right decision that the company needs to make. The problem is often that companies do not provide employees with the right position, management or working environment. He believes that if employees have nothing to do or fail to reach their potential, it is not the employee’s fault, but a matter of management and internal arrangements.
