Consensus reaches agreement with SEC to drop MetaMask case

GuShiio.com has learned that Consensus sys founder Joseph Lubin said that Consensus sys and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) have reached an agreement in principle to drop the securities enforcement case involving MetaMask. After the committee approves it, the SEC will file an agreement with the court to formally close the case.
