According to Reuters, the United States recently began to release some of the previously seized cryptocurrency mining machines made in China, after as many as 10,000 pieces of equipment were stranded at various ports of entry. Synteq Digital CEO Taras Kulyk revealed that thousands of devices have been released and said that some U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) personnel have a negative attitude towards Bitcoin mining, causing obstacles to the industry. Luxor Technology COO Ethan Vera confirmed that some of the seized equipment had been released, but most of it had not yet been released, pointing out that regulators ‘concerns about mining machine RF emissions were unfounded.
