The retail fund token issued by China Asset Management (Hong Kong)(China Asset Management Hong Kong) has been approved by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission and can be sold to Hong Kong retail tokenized fund customers and is expected to be officially listed today. Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) will serve as the tokenization agent, digital platform operator and registry office, while Standard Chartered Trust (Hong Kong) will serve as the custodian of the fund, which is the first real-world asset (RWA) tokenization fund for retail customers in the Asia-Pacific region, setting an important milestone for the regional market.
