All the actions of the above-mentioned enterprises have nothing to do with our company. Our company will not bear any legal liability in accordance with the law for any act committed by impersonating a subsidiary of our company.

Datang Liquor was established in June 1999 and its registered place is located in the core production area of Maotai Town. There are 12 standard workshops and 624 cellars with an annual production capacity of more than 5000 tons.

Datang Liquor said in a statement that in March 2024, several batches of strangers came to our company’s headquarters to defend their rights and showed our company the “Liquor Product Sales Contract”, requiring the performance of the contract and the delivery of products. The entity signing this contract is Datang Liquor Group Co., Ltd., which is neither a subsidiary of our company nor a company invested or authorized by our company and its shareholders. Subsequently, on March 14, 2024, the party concerned Tan Guangxuan and others reported the case to Yuntan Police Station of Guanshanhu Branch of Guiyang City Public Security Bureau: Zhou Zhen, the person in charge of Datang Liquor Group Company, was suspected of fraud, and the police station opened an investigation.

The statement pointed out that in August 2022, Zhou Zhen and others changed the name of their company to Datang Liquor Group Co., Ltd. Since then, Zhou Zhen and others forged the resolution of the shareholders ‘meeting signed by the shareholders of Datang Liquor, fabricated the establishment of a so-called group company in the resolution, and compiled the site, development history, current status photos, award-winning experience and public business licenses of Datang Liquor, food business licenses, food production licenses and other information to promote investment or sell liquor products.

Sky Eye Inspection shows that Datang Liquor Group Company (formerly known as Guizhou Datang Liquor Company, Ltd.) was established in 2017. It is a member of Guizhou Datang New Energy Technology and is located in Tongren City, Guizhou Province. It is a company mainly engaged in wholesale business. The legal person and actual controller are Liu Decheng, holding 95% of the shares. The remaining 5% is held by Guizhou Datang Automobile Sales and Service Company, and the latter’s 1% equity is owned by Zhou Zhen. Currently, Zhou Zhen is restricted from high consumption.

In April 2024, Datang Liquor filed a lawsuit with the Bijiang District People’s Court in Tongren, Guizhou, where Datang Liquor Group Company was registered. On November 26, 2024, the Bijiang District People’s Court ruled that the behavior of Datang Liquor Group Company constituted unfair competition and ordered compensation of 50,000 yuan for economic losses and reasonable expenses.

Datang Liquor stated that it would appeal to the Tongren City Intermediate People’s Court in accordance with the law for some claims that were not supported in the first instance.

It is worth noting that Datang Liquor has deep connections with Yiyatong (002183.SZ), the first stock in the domestic supply chain.

In 2021, Yiyatong took advantage of the popularity of sauce wine to join forces with Datang Wine Industry to launch its own brand Datang Secret Manufacturing, positioned to create a high-end brand of cultural sauce wine. The three products it launched, Golden Bottle, Golden Seal and Golden Top, are sold for 399 yuan, 699 yuan and 1199 yuan respectively.

The following year, Yiya indirectly held 60% of Datang Liquor through Sun Company for 1.4 million yuan, becoming the latter’s controlling shareholder. In Yiyatong’s 2022 financial report, the plan for Datang Liquor is to expect a revenue growth rate of 325.01% in 2023 and a stable growth period from 2024 to 2027, with revenue growth rates of 40.00%, 40.00%, 50.00%, and 50.00%, respectively.

However, the industry situation has changed rapidly, and the craze for soy sauce wine has cooled down rapidly. In August 2023, the semi-annual report released by Yiyatong showed that Datang Liquor and many of its subsidiaries related to Maotai-flavor liquor have been removed from the statements of listed companies.

Although Yiyatong has cut its relationship with Datang Liquor in terms of direct equity, the producer of Datang Secret Manufacturing is still Datang Liquor. Trademark status information shows that Yiyatong’s Shenzhen Yiyatong Deep Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. and a company named Shanxi Datang Liquor Co., Ltd. have registered 33 categories of Datang secret trademarks, but all showed that the application was rejected, rejected, etc., the trademark has expired. rdquo;

Upon inquiry, Shanxi Datang Liquor Co., Ltd. has no actual connection with Datang Liquor.

In 2024, Yiyatong disclosed the investor relations activity record form that the company’s own brand Datang Secret Manufacturing will increase brand building efforts, increase market share, and enhance its long-term profitability. At the same time, Yiyatong adopts various financial strategies such as risk management, cost control and optimization of capital operations, and improves profitability through strategic cooperation with companies in the chain, optimization of marketing channels, and product differentiation.

In January this year, Yiyatong’s official WeChat platform announced that Datang Secret Manufacturing’s sales for the month successfully exceeded 10 million yuan, ushering in a good start to the New Year.
