U.S. court approves SEC and Binance’s joint suspension application

GuShiio.com learned that Fox Business reporter Eleanor Terrett tweeted that U.S. District Court for the District of Colombia Judge Amy Berman Jackson has approved a joint motion to suspend the lawsuit between the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Binance. The order would suspend the case for 60 days and require both parties to submit a joint status report by April 14, 2025.
