Tigran Gambaryan, Binance’s director of financial crimes and compliance, once again accused Nigeria lawmakers of demanding US$150 million in bribes and using fake cameras and media to cover up transactions. Binance CEO Richard Teng also exposed similar bribery practices. Gambaryan refuted the Nigeria government’s statement that a US$26 billion outflow (through Binance) was only cumulative transaction volume data.
