The lawsuit claims that Epic Games created the illusion of scarcity and used Fear of Missing (FOMO) to influence the night. The lawsuit has now been filed in the U.S. court in San Francisco. Epic Games denies the allegations, saying the description in the lawsuit is erroneous and distorts the way Fortnite operates.
