The round was led by Framework Ventures, with participation from Bitfinex crypto exchange, venture capitalist Peter Thiel and Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino. Plasma’s blockchain will provide zero-fee Tether transactions, aiming to improve transaction speed and cost efficiency, focusing on efficient processing of stablecoins and not involving other functions such as NFT and airdrop.
