GuShiio.com GuShiio.com has learned that according to the Wall Street Journal, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission is preparing to end cryptocurrency enforcement cases filed during the Biden administration, including the 2023 lawsuit against Coinbase. The SEC said the new regulatory approach could help resolve the case and requested a 30-day extension to respond to Coinbase’s appeal. At the same time, the SEC also suspended its lawsuit against Binance.
