Altius Labs announces completion of an $11 million Pre-Seed round of financing

Blockchain startup Altius Labs announced that it has completed an $11 million Pre-Seed round of financing, jointly led by Founders Fund and Pantera Capital. Altius was founded by Anit Chakraborty, former Hudson River Trading software engineer, and Annabelle Huang, former Amber Group managing partner. Altius plans to introduce a new blockchain layer that separates transaction execution on existing blockchains from other functions. (Bloomberg)
